DP4 Beta Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how DP4 Autism AI, Inc. (“DP4,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you access or use the DP4 beta experience, website, or related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Important beta notice: The current DP4 beta is still evolving. At this stage, we collect adult account and login information needed to create and secure access to the beta, along with basic technical and security logs. Parents or guardians may also choose to provide limited child-related context, including information such as a diagnosis, to personalize the beta experience. Please do not upload medical records, evaluations, therapy notes, IEPs, or other highly sensitive documents through the beta unless and until DP4 expressly enables that functionality under updated terms and disclosures.

1. Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to the current DP4 beta experience and related website functionality. The beta is intended for adult users, including parents, guardians, providers, and other authorized adults who create and manage their own accounts.

This beta policy is intended to reflect the current beta experience specifically. It is narrower than future product versions may be and should be read together with any updated notices, terms, or disclosures we publish as the product evolves.

2. What information we collect during beta

During the beta, we collect limited information necessary to provide, protect, and improve the experience. This may include both adult account information and optional, parent-provided context about a child.

  • Account information: name, email address, and login credentials or authentication identifiers.
  • Authentication and security data: sign-in activity, session information, password reset activity, and related account protection records.
  • Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, and performance, error, or diagnostic logs.
  • Optional child-related information provided by a parent or guardian: parents or guardians may choose to provide limited information to personalize the beta experience, such as a child nickname or identifier, general developmental context, communication or learning preferences, interests, and in some cases high-level information such as a diagnosis, including autism or ADHD.
  • Communications: messages, feedback, or support requests you send to us.
Providing child-related information is optional and controlled by the parent or guardian. We recommend avoiding full legal names and avoiding highly sensitive documents or records during the beta.

3. How we use beta information

We use the information collected during beta to:

  • create and manage user accounts;
  • authenticate logins and keep accounts secure;
  • operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the beta;
  • personalize the beta experience based on parent-provided inputs;
  • monitor reliability, security, abuse prevention, and fraud detection;
  • communicate with you about support, access, product updates, or operational notices; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell personal information collected through the beta.

4. How we share information

We share information only as reasonably necessary to operate the beta and our business. We may share limited information with:

  • professional advisors such as lawyers, auditors, or insurers when reasonably necessary;
  • government authorities, courts, regulators, or other parties when required by law or valid legal process; and

We do not sell personal information, and we do not permit third parties to use beta personal information for their own unrelated advertising or marketing purposes.

5. Supabase and service providers

We use third-party service providers to help us operate the beta. This may include providers for authentication, database hosting, infrastructure, monitoring, and technical operations. For example, we may use Supabase to support account authentication and backend services.

These providers may process information on our behalf only as needed to provide services to us. We require service providers to handle information subject to appropriate contractual, confidentiality, and security obligations.

6. Data retention

We keep beta information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain security, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

  • Account records are generally kept while your beta account remains active.
  • Security, audit, and technical logs may be retained for a limited period for troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and compliance purposes.
  • Parent-provided personalization inputs may be retained while needed to support the beta experience, unless you request deletion and subject to legal, security, backup, or operational requirements.
  • When retention is no longer necessary, we will delete or de-identify information, subject to backup and legal retention needs.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect the information we collect during beta. These measures may include encryption in transit, access controls, authentication safeguards, and monitoring tools designed to detect misuse or unauthorized access.

No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and notifying us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.

8. Children’s privacy and parental control

DP4 is designed for parent- or guardian-controlled use. Children do not create accounts directly through the beta.

Parents or guardians may choose to provide limited information about a child in order to personalize the experience. This information is provided at the discretion of the parent or guardian and remains under their control.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through independent child accounts in the beta. If you believe information about a child has been submitted without appropriate authorization, please contact us and we will review and take appropriate action.

Parents or guardians may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information they have provided, subject to applicable law and reasonable verification procedures.

9. Future paid offerings

DP4 expects that future paid offerings may include expanded features, additional workflows, and broader data handling practices than the current beta. If and when those offerings are launched, we expect to publish updated terms, privacy disclosures, and product-specific notices that reflect those features.

DP4 intends to implement additional safeguards, consent mechanisms, and compliance measures designed to support applicable privacy obligations for future offerings, including children’s privacy requirements and, where applicable, healthcare-related privacy and security obligations.

The current beta should not be considered a HIPAA-regulated healthcare service and is not intended for the storage of medical records or clinical documentation. Future references to HIPAA- or COPPA-related controls, if any, will be governed by the specific product version, contracts, and disclosures then in effect.

10. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about personal data we hold about you. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
